What is Barrie Pride?
Barrie Pride is about accepting who you are and empowering others to be themselves. It’s about being proud of who we are and advocating for those who are oppressed and victimized for being 2SLGBTQIA+ or being themselves. We are about inspiring everyone in our community to recognize how unique and amazing we all are.
Our tenth year as Barrie Pride has been an exceptional time of change within our community and the world. Never before has the need for this organization to exist been more apparent. Never before have the many faces of the Barrie Pride community been more important.
